Seattle Theatre Group (STG) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization dedicated to operating historic theatres, The Paramount, The Moore and The Neptune, in Seattle, Washington. Our mission is to make diverse dance, music, film, theatre and arts education an integral part of our rich cultural identity while keeping The Paramount, Moore and Neptune Theatres alive and vibrant. STG’s vision is to enrich, inspire, challenge and expand our world through the arts; we accomplish this through strategic planning, key partnerships, and hard work.

More than 350 engagements annually grace these two stages, including touring award-winning Broadway musicals such as WICKED and THE LION KING; acclaimed international fine arts such as the BOLSHOI BALLET and GRAND KABUKI THEATRE OF JAPAN; renowned dance companies like MARK MORRIS DANCE GROUP, ALVIN AILEY AMERICAN DANCE THEATER, and TWYLA THARP; family engagements ranging from DORA THE EXPLORER to DAN ZANES; and hundreds of nights of music of all genres, comedy, speaking engagements, and silent film.



Chief Financial Officer
With the Executive Director the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for developing and implementing STG’s key business strategies, for overseeing our longterm financial planning and for implementing strategies to assure sufficient operating and capital resources.

Group Sales Manager
STG is seeking a results-driven professional with a successful sales record to build STG’s community partnerships, group sales program and local business relationships. This position will also manage STG’s merchandise launch and will be responsible for creating additional revenue streams. Specific goals and targets will be established.

Club Relations and Events Coordinator
The Club Relations & Events Coordinator delivers all aspects of VIP Club service to members, investors, sponsors and concierges. With the Club Relations Manager and Club Relations & Subscriptions Coordinator, the Club Relations & Events Coordinator is responsible for daily administrative functionality of Club program. This position also assists with developing sales strategies and is responsible for the cultivation and retention of Club members. The Club Relations and Events Coordinator will work closely with the Club Relations Manager to plan and implement events that add value to memberships.

Part Time Custodian
This is a part time day shift position. Common starting time is 8am with an average of four to six hour shifts. Average hours are 5-20 per week. The hours are based upon shows in three theatres therefore, shifts will vary weekly as well as per season, summer being the slowest. This position could transition to other shifts, for example: evenings or nights.

Education Internships
Assist the three-person Education & Community Programs department to coordinate our meet the artist master classes, workshops and lectures; young artist training & performance programs; and community engagements & partnerships.

Student Tours Internships
Get involved in the student tours program. Opportunity to learn about the history of three historic venues, develop public speaking skills and work with volunteers and student groups.
