Eccentric local art performance gang Degenerate Art Ensemble return to The Moore after two sell-out engagements! Sonic Tales is DAE's most ambitious work to date. It sets performer/dancer/vocalist Haruko Nishimura's idiosyncratic movement style and hallucinatory visuals against a barrage of live music ranging from driving rocking rhythms to rich soaring melodies to far out atmospheric soundscapes - telling surreal stories.

Sonic Tales is both concert and movement theater spectacle - video projection and breathtaking costumes enhance this totally one of a kind experience. Along with DAE's team of powerhouse artists, this work incorporates the brilliant scenic design of Jennifer Zeyl and textile art of Mandy Greer.
