• What is my Membership Agreement?
    The Membership Agreement explains the details of your Paramount Club Membership and will be considered valid once you return a signed copy.  You will receive your agreement once your membership has been paid for in full.
  • How are date changes and cancellations handled?
    Please notify the Paramount Club at least three business days prior to the performance for exchange and cancellation requests.  The Paramount Club does its very best to accommodate all requests.  If a reservation is not canceled with proper notice, the member’s package will be deducted at the full value.  Please note that when a date change is made, specific seating requests are generally not honored.
  • Does my membership include seats at The Moore Theatre?
    Paramount Club memberships do not include seats at the Moore Theatre.  We do, however, offer concierge service to Paramount Club members to facilitate purchases for seats at the Moore Theatre.
  • Can I resell my tickets if I cannot use them?
    Paramount Club seats cannot be bartered or sold, as stipulated in your membership agreement.  In the event that you cannot use your seats, you may transfer the seats to another guest or seats can be donated to your chosen non-profit organization.
  • Are my guests granted Paramount Club amenities?
    Members’ guests are entitled to all Paramount Club amenities when seats are purchased through the Paramount Club and are in the loge area.
  • Where do Paramount Club members park?
    Self-parking is available for Paramount Club members at two locations, Pacific Place garage located at 600 Pine Street and 7th and Pike garage located off of 7th Avenue between Pike and Pine. Pacific Place garage has entrances on 6th or 7th Avenues between Pine and Olive and 7th and Pike garage has entrances on 7th or 8th Avenues between Pike and Pine. Parking is valid for 6 hours at these two locations only and does not include valet parking.
  • How do I get my parking validated?
    You will receive a ticket upon arrival at either garage. Bring your ticket to the Paramount Club entrance on 9th Avenue and our theatre attendant will validate your parking. You will receive one validation for every 2 seats in your membership.
  • Where is the private theatre entrance?
    The Paramount Club entrance is located on 9th Avenue at the black awning designated The Paramount Club.  The private entrance opens 1 hour prior to the performance and closes at show time.  If entrance is closed, please proceed to the box office and give the member name and specify that you are a Paramount Club member. If the box office is closed, go to an usher at the front entrance and give the member name and specify the Paramount Club.
  • How do I obtain my tickets?
    Our attendant at the Paramount Club entrance will distribute your tickets with your seat location in the loge. Tickets will be held under the member's name (or designated name) and will be available for pick the day of the show up one hour prior to the performance. Tickets are not be available for early pick up.
  • How do I enter The Paramount Club?
    The Paramount Club is located at the lower level of the theatre and is open one hour before the performance and again during intermission. In the club you will have access to personal bartenders, appetizers, private restrooms, and coat check. You must be 21 and over to enter the Club.
  • How do I save time waiting in line during intermission?
    You have the option to pre-order drinks for intermission. Place your order with the bartender while you are in the Club before the performance and they will arrange to have your drinks ready when you return to the Club.
  • Where do I find the most up-to-date STG calendar information?
    As a member, you will receive monthly email updates as we confirm new events at the Paramount Theatre. Email helps us to update you as quickly as possible on new events that have been added to our calendar. Our website calendar at www.theparamount.com is also a great place to check events that have been recently added. Remember, as a member, you have the option to purchase additional seats at the Paramount and Moore Theatres, or add packages throughout the season. We can still send updates via regular mail if you wish, however, online correspondence ensures the quickest notification of upcoming engagements or any performance changes.
  • What if I have any other questions?
